With the Archetypes Winter Spring 2027 collection Alaïa reaffirms its fundamentals: precision of lines, purity of form and an architectural approach to cut, designed to reveal and sculpt the silhouette. A wardrobe in which each piece strikes a fine balance between structure and fluidity, rigor and movement.

For the new Archetypes Winter Spring 2027 campaign, the House returns to photographer Drew Vickers, who shot the very first Archetypes images in 2023. In front of his lens, model Doutzen Kroes. Her attitude, her presence.

Through a series of diptychs, Vickers creates dialogues between sculptural forms and portraits. The strength of the silhouettes meets the intimacy of the close-ups. 

From one image to the next, a presence emerges, at once powerful and alive. Color brings freshness and vitality to the photographs, while heightening their intensity and timelessness.
