ORDERING ON ALAÏA E-BOUTIQUE

To make purchases on maison-alaia.com, creating an account is not mandatory. However, we suggest creating an account to enjoy personalized spaces and exclusive client services.

Item Search:

To browse our collections, select a category from the navigation menu or discover our curation on the homepage. To refine your search, use our filters or the search bar.

Product Information:

Each product page provides available sizes and colors, a detailed description, and fabric composition. Click on any product image to zoom in and view craftsmanship details.

How to place an order:

1. On the product page, select your preferred color and size.

2. Add the piece to your Shopping Bag.

3. Once your selection is complete, click "Proceed to Checkout" in your Bag.

4. Log in, create an account, or proceed as a guest.

5. Enter your email and shipping address.

6. Select your preferred delivery and payment methods.

7. Verify all details and click "Purchase Now".

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after. From that moment on, our logistics atelier will prepare your pieces, and an additional confirmation email with tracking details will be sent upon dispatch.

Pre-orders:

A pre-order allows you to secure a creation that is not yet available for immediate sale, but will be released soon. An estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page of each pre-ordered piece.

  * A mixed order consisting of available items and pre-order items is currently not supported. Please place separate orders: one solely for pre-order creations, and another for in-stock pieces.

  * If an order contains multiple pre-order items with differing availability dates, all items will be shipped together in a single parcel on the latest estimated dispatch date.

Maison Alaïa will charge your payment card once your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier.
