DELIVERY


You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. DHL is our courier for all shipments.

Please note that our Distribution Center will be closed on the holidays listed below. Orders placed during these dates will be prepared once operations resume.

All orders are processed automatically, and shipping times cannot be expedited or delayed. We invite you to plan your purchases accordingly.

RETURN AND REFUNDS


You can return any item purchased on The Maison Alaïa world online boutique within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:



  1. Fill out the Return Form
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. Print the Return Label stick it on your order and leave the package at a DHL Drop off location. All returns are free of charge.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.


Special Message: If you wish to return an item ordered from the Maison-alaia.com website and you ordered before November 17th, 2025 you will not be able to generate a return number using this webform. Instead, simply return your item using the pre-paid shipping label included in your original parcel. Please complete the returns invoice, entering your original order number included in your order confirmation in place of your return number.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
