Designed by architects Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa, in collaboration with Pieter Mulier, 15 Faubourg acts as a dynamic yet warm space where art, design, and fashion engage in dialogue. Departing from classic retail, this unique boutique concept offers a perspective that affirms and extends the identity and spirit of the Maison. It embodies a vision of luxury built on intimacy, warmth, and purity.

Reconceived under the creative direction of Pieter Mulier, Alaïa’s London flagship offers an intimate space where fashion, art, and design meet.


The Maison’s creations unfold across three levels, alongside iconic design pieces and contemporary artworks. On the second floor, a bookstore curated by Claire de Rouen and a café operated by Violet Cakes open the space to dialogue, discovery, and shared moments, true to the spirit of the Maison.
